Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our premium travel accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Leather Tablet & A4 Sleeves (due to personalization potential)
  • Wash & Toiletry Bags (hygiene reasons)

All items must be in original condition (unused, with tags attached and in original packaging).

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Product name and reason for return
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in original packaging with:

  • The RMA number clearly visible
  • A copy of your order confirmation
  • All original accessories and documentation

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 3 business days of approval

Refund Details

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed-mind returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

International Returns: Please indicate “RETURN – NO DUTIES” on customs forms to avoid import charges. We cannot refund customs fees paid on original shipments.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Voyage Bag arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement.
