At Voyage Bag Shop, we stand behind the quality of our premium travel accessories just as we stand behind our commitment to your satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unworn, with all tags attached and in original packaging). Some exclusions apply (see below).
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Leather Tablet & A4 Sleeves (due to personalization potential)
- Wash & Toiletry Bags (hygiene reasons)
- Any items that show signs of use or are not in original condition
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information (or use our template below):
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging (just as our premium bags protect your belongings) and include:
- The RMA number clearly visible on the package
- A copy of your order confirmation
- Any accessories or documentation that came with the item
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: Will be shipped within 3 business days of approval
Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Details
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed-mind returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Voyage Bag arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK, please indicate “RETURN – NO DUTIES” on the customs form to avoid being charged import duties on returned goods. We cannot refund any customs fees paid on the original shipment.
